Problem:  Original readme was no help to developers trying to use the VMware SDK for the first time. No context, no step-by-step instructions, no pointers. A dismal failure. People struggled for days to set up their development environments.

Solution:  Completely rewritten readme provides brief setup information for Java and C# environments. Developers can now set up their development environment and run samples in about 45 minutes (timed tests).
